The MemoQ Server publishes translation memories and term bases over the internet. There is no restriction on the number of users connecting concurrently: any number of translators can connect with a Translator Pro license, a mobile LSP5 client license or a postcardware license. The server operates as a Windows service in the background. It does not require a powerful computer nor a very fast internet connection. To operate the server you also need to have a MemoQ client installed on the same computer.

MemoQ is the first fully integrated translation environment, which surpasses its competitors with its performance, savvy user interface and integration capability. Created by a dedicated team of developers, linguists and translators based in Hungary, MemoQ is quickly establishing itself as a serious alternative to existing translation tools.

The TM Repository is a single database that consolidates all your translation units. When you start a new translation job the relevant segments are extracted; upon the job's delivery, the original units are updated and new units are added to the database. The Repository simplifies the management of your resources and ensures you leverage all your existing units.
